「Small changes, big results.」
Simply changing a few little things can make a big difference in your happiness, and even your health!
Brush your teeth with your other hand.
Using your non-dominant hand to do simple chores can improve your mood and your memory. That's because the action stimulates the production of a special protein in your brain, called BDNF, that encourages the growth of neurons linked to long-term memory and mood.
When you're depressed or under stress, your brain's production of BDNF plummets. Doing something unexpected, such as brushing your teeth with your other hand, can activate BDNF.
